1. We only stayed for one night, so we didn't interact much with the staff and checked in online. But, upon arrival, the receptionist, Sofia I think is her name, told us we were upgraded to a better room with a sea view. So that was a nice little surprise. Plus she was so nice and you could tell she does her job passionately. 2. Can't say a thing about the hotel facilities, simply because we didn't use them. but I saw the gym and the sauna; they're rather small. Just a couple of treadmills and kettlebells. The terrace on the third floor is quite nice. Just don't expect any view or something. 3. The hotel is well maintained, cleaning-wise. The rooms as well. I just think whoever did our bathroom didn't finish the job. Nothing serious or something, I just think it could've been better cleaned. 4. Tel Aviv at this time is being "renovated" and you can see cranes at every corner and as far as your eyes can see. We didn't hear that much noise at all, but then again, we stayed on the 10th floor. The roads leading to the hotel are either blocked or narrow and it's almost impossible to find a parking space. The nearest parking lot to the hotel is the "Eidlson" which is less than a minute's walk. The price is 80 shekels for a whole day till 08:00 AM the next morning. So if you parked your car at 22:00 and you're still there at 08:01. that's 80 shekels. After which the price switches to 30 shekels for an hour and 5 shekels for every 15 minutes after that. The Breakfast is served at the hotel's restaurant and to get there you need to exit the hotel and walk to the right wing of the hotel. No biggie. 5. The breakfast. Most important meal of the day. The hotel helps you get that healthy start to your day. The coffee is one of the best I had. And let's cut to the chase. The selection is not that wide. But, and I do mean this, everything that they do have is feakin' good.

The BY14 Hotel was absolutely gorgeous and amazing! First of all, the price point for the room including breakfast - is a very fair deal especially in Tel-Aviv. Secondly, breakfast restaurant presents tasteful food and drinks. Unfortunately, dining and lunching was not available at the restaurant (yet), but the hotel was kindly offering appetizers and drinks during some days, calliit a happy hour. The room service is great as well as the rooms themselves. A lot of place in the bathroom for skincare and other stuff. Nice conditioning. Thirdly, the hotel has a fitness room. Of course it is not a big one,but still, very thoughtfully done. Treadmills, bicycles, dumbbells and even a sauna with a marvelous view upon the sea and terrace. Nice!!! Apart from this, hotel has two coffee machines and a small fridge where different kind of milk options are presented. Oat, soy, almond, lactose free and original milk + the ice (for ice coffe). Also very nicely done and organized. The lobby is insane, great place to chat amd drink your coffe. Finally, the BY14 hotel location is absolutely amazing. Only 5 minutes from the beach, 10 minutes from the Dizengof Square. Tonns of restaurants nearby, Carmel Market, and the train station. All good! Totally would come back in Tel-Aviv and in BY14 Hotel for sure!

Great staff and central location in TLV. Because of construction right outside, it is not the nicest view but it was fine as we didn't spend that much time in the hotel. Breakfast was lovely! You get a standard fixed-menu (4-5 items that don't change) and you get a buffet. Everything was delicious although I wish the pre-fixed menu had a little bit more variety. If you order, order the Shakshuka, it's pretty good! It was so hot in TLV in July that the room had blackouts every now and then and the AC will stop working for 30-40 minutes, so that was unpleasant but it wasn't the hotels fault per-say as the whole street had the blackouts apparently.

The hotel is in an excellent location, a very short walk from the beach, coffee shops, restaurants, stores. It's about 3 short blocks from the sea, just tucked in a couple of blocks from the main strip, which is nice because you're a bit removed from the noise and hustle and bustle of the boardwalk, but you can walk there in about 5 min. It's clean, modern and comfortable and a great 'home base' for exploring the city. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. We had a sea view, which was nice. It's over buildings, but still you can see the water from the room.

Robin

Very nice hotel near the beach and old town Jafa area. The rooms are clean and well designed. There is a nice lobby area to hang out with coffee and tea. Breakfast buffet is very good and reasonably priced. The staff is friendly and helpful. This location is also slight off the busy traffic area, so very quiet at night. They also leave a small box of chocolate truffles at the well. The chocolates are actually very good. The fitness center is also decent for the hotels in this area. Overall highly recommended.
